General Policy

Busy Hotelier operates as a subscription-based and/or service-based technology provider.

Payments made for setup fees, onboarding, training, or consultation services are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as provided below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service.

  • Service Failure: If Busy Hotelier fails to deliver the contracted service(s) and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.

  • Technical Errors: If a proven system error prevents you from accessing or using the service and our team is unable to rectify it.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Setup, onboarding, and customization fees.

  • Professional services (consultancy, digital marketing, or third-party integrations).

  • Partial months of service or unused subscription periods.

  • Ancillary services such as domain registrations, third-party software, or hosting costs.

Requesting a Refund

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via support@busyhotelier.com within 14 days of the transaction date.

  • Requests must include your business name, invoice number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

  • Busy Hotelier reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on the criteria stated in this policy.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original method of payment.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Cancellation of Service

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Amendments

  • Busy Hotelier reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
