General Policy
Busy Hotelier operates as a subscription-based and/or service-based technology provider.
Payments made for setup fees, onboarding, training, or consultation services are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as provided below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service.
Service Failure: If Busy Hotelier fails to deliver the contracted service(s) and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.
Technical Errors: If a proven system error prevents you from accessing or using the service and our team is unable to rectify it.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Setup, onboarding, and customization fees.
Professional services (consultancy, digital marketing, or third-party integrations).
Partial months of service or unused subscription periods.
Ancillary services such as domain registrations, third-party software, or hosting costs.
